- Over the heat, add ghee, fried onions, curry leaves, green pepper, curry spices, and tandoori spices.
- Then add mint, coriander, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, lemon juice, and a little water and let it thicken.
- Add fried fish: seasoned with salt, black pepper, turmeric, bzar, and olive oil.
Add dill and keep it for a while.
White rice and add fish.
- Then add a layer of rice, saffron soaked in rose water, and fried onions.
- Serve.
